Terms and Conditions to the Trade:

General Sales Conditions:

-Orders that are not placed through our sales team should be sent by fax or electronic mail.

-The order should contain the name of the company, taxpayer number, address, telephone, fax and place of delivery of the merchandise.

-The orders shall be sent according to the availability of the articles in stock. We reserve the right to send orders in portions, when circumstances occur that are beyond our control.

-Our prices do not include VAT.

-Prego Sem Estopa has the right to modify, without prior notice, the presentation, format ,size, design and price of any article included in our catalogues or other advertising documentation…

Minimum Order:

-First order: €1500,00 payment in advance by bank transfer (with the sending of the pro forma invoice.)

-All customers who have not placed an order to Prego Sem Estopa in the last year shall be considered new customers.

-Minimum Orders for spare parts : €500,00

Deliveries:

-The value of the merchandise is ex work.

-Before signing the delivery document to the transporter, the customer should confirm the number of volumes and check their state.

-Claims for damaged during transport are accepted only during the 24 hours following the receipt of de merchandise.

Claims:

-Under no circumstances shall returned articles be admitted without prior and written authorization by Prego Sem Estopa.

-It is indispensiblel for the merchandise to be returned in its original packaging and duly protected.Otherwise, we reserve the right to pay merely 30% for the said returned articles.

Property Right:

-Prego Sem Estopa reserves the right to ownership of the merchandise sent to the customer until its total payment is defined as affective collection by Prego Sem Estopa and not the submission of the cheque.

-Any liability derived from the misuse, manipulation or loss of the merchandise after its receipt is the responsibility of the customer, throughout the duration of our reservation of ownership.

-All orders placed to Prego Sem Estopa imply acceptance of our General  Sale conditions.

-The use of the brand, logo and designation is forbidden without the explicit and written authorization of the company.

-The signatory of the document authorises Prego Sem Estopa to process his/her personal data presented to this document, which will be used for the management and complicance with the obligations established therein, as well for promotion by Prego Sem Estopa of the services that, at any given time, are placed at disposal of the public in general.

-Any dispute relative to the orders or General Conditions shall be settled in the courts of Lisbon ( Portugal  ), with the customer explicity waiving its settlement in the courts of jurisdiction.
